JPMorgan Chase Director, Digital Marketing - Commercial Real Estate in Palo Alto, California

The Commercial Real Estate Line of Business at J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to shape our digital marketing strategy. Our goal is to evolve our existing client relationships and develop new ones by leveraging new channels, tools, and products. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this leader will help plan, develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy. This highly visible position will require individuals with exceptional drive, vision, energy, and passion to deliver great results through testing, and optimization.

Objectives of this Role

  • Responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall organization's digital marketing strategy

  • Responsible for growing global business through multiple channel strategies including paid search, affiliate, paid social

  • Lead, think and act both strategically and tactically - from defining a digital marketing vision to overseeing the creation, execution, and analysis of digital marketing

  • Measure performance and ROI on what drives client behaviors with the experience to turn those learnings into action

  • Build and execute SEO strategies that are tied to content marketing efforts while measuring and managing online content

  • Manage, guide and train digital marketers and other marketing positions on the team

  • Partner with members of the executive team to execute the strategy and enhance the evolution of the plan over time by monitoring the marketplace and the competitive landscape tactics and strategies (including both traditional Bank competition as well as emerging FinTech and PropTech)

  • Work with key Line of Business stakeholders to ensure that the digital strategy, rollout plans, and messaging is consistent with other products, values, and strategies of the existing businesses

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing leadership

  • 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels and funnel marketing tactics

  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools including SEO, SEM, outbound email campaigning, digital advertising, and web analytics

  • Experience using industry-leading tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Listrak, Responsys, Google Ads, Tableau etc.

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with a strong track record using analytics to drive results and CRM software

  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results and its impact on the company's success

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage long-term projects

  • Collaborative team player who can develop a team of direct reports to strengthen their strategic and analytical thinking

  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

  • Passion for innovation and creative thinking, relentless drive to deliver tangible business results
