ManpowerGroup Administrative Coordinator in Palmetto, Florida

Our client in Palmetto, FL is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join their team. As a Warranty Coordinator you will be part. of the Warranty Department, responsible for coordinating all material, labor, and documentation for homeowner service appointments

Job Title: Warranty Coordinator

Location: Palmetto, FL (Ellenton)

Pay Range: $18.00/Hour.

Schedule:8:00am -5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

What’s the Job?

  • Enter warranty order in JDE

  • Ensure material arrival according to service date.

  • Schedule installer and/or Service Tech to service appointment. Assign correct installer and/or Service tech to purchase order .

  • Print work order with builder service paperwork.Compile all order data,communication,and completed/signed paperwork to header of order.

  • Receive labor PO once installation is complete.

  • Provide status updated to builder representative.Fiel calls from Service Tech and homeowners.

What’s Needed?

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

  • Proficiency in Oracle,JD Edwards,SAP, and /or PeopleSoft a plus.

  • Ability to interface with business partners and across departments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Industry (Construction) Experience prefer.
