Job Description:

We seek an experienced security professional to join the Advanced Development Programs (ADP), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) branch within our Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization. As an Enterprise Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) with expertise in Special Access Program (SAP) operations, you will support development, production, and sustainment activities, overseeing and maintaining our enterprise security program.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage security administration, management, and operations of SAP facilities across multiple Lockheed Martin locations.

-Establish and maintain secure environments for SAP/SCI performance and execution.

-Develop and maintain positive partnerships with government and customer security teams.

-Lead and participate in multi-site functions to enhance overall program security.

-Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) instructions, Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, and local guidelines.

-Make independent decisions, demonstrate high initiative and organizational skills, and function with minimal supervision.

-Complete projects on schedule and within budget.

-Maintain relationships with geographically dispersed internal and external customers.

-Apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues, communicating observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.

-Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Strong understanding and experience with Special Access Program (SAP) operations.

-Professional demeanor with the ability to independently engage and collaborate with peers and customers.

-Capable of independent decision-making and possessing a high degree of individual initiative and organizational skills.

-Ability to function with minimal supervision and ensure adherence to regulations and guidelines.

About SES Organization:

The SES organization oversees classified facility operations and implements security controls to protect unclassified, proprietary, and classified national security information (NSI). As part of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), SES mitigates risk across operational domains through various security administration standards, control strategies, and oversight levels in line with corporate expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Final transferable Top Secret Security clearance with an investigation current or CV date within 6 years.

2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access(es).

3. Experience providing security support in SAP environment.

4. Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals, ICD 705, and NISPOM.

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

6. Ability to multi-task and remain organized; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.

7. Prior experience working with or implementing security plans for facilities and security operations.

8. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

9. Prior leadership experience working in a classified environment.

Desired Skills:

1. Profound knowledge, understanding, and application of the NISPOM and DoD 5205.07 manuals

2. Ability to manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area

3. Prior responsibility for making moderate to significant improvements to processes, systems, or products that enhanced performance of job areas

4. The ability to multi-task and solve routine challenges

5. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; can communicate with parties within and outside of own job function.

6. Able to deliver customer service to internal and external stakeholders

7. Working knowledge/experience of DISS, JADE, Scattered Castles, ACCS, SIMS and SESIDS software

8. Accessibility to be on call and be able to support non-traditional work hours or odd shifts as required by program needs

9. Experience with self-inspection compliance and customer inspections

10. Knowledge of the requirements supporting the development and maintenance of Risk Management Framework (RMF) environment, acquisition, and maintenance of an Authority to Operate (ATO), duties and responsibilities of the ISSM/ISSO position

11. Experience as a Top Secret Control Officer

12. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $96,700 - $185,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $111,200 - $209,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
