Consider your next career step as ​​​​Marketing Comarketing Manager​in our corporate office in Palma with the Marketing Team.

Your main mission will be: Reporting to the RVP of Marketing and Communications, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the logistical execution and support of all annual marketing agreements and strategic partnerships with leading consumer brands and traditional tour operators, among others, in South Region HYATT EAME.

Your main functions will be:

· ​​Negotiate, finalize and execute co-operative marketing plans with EAME TTOO, ensuring the presence and brand positioning of the portfolio in all marketing agreement tactics, including but not limited to: banners, emails, video advertising, digital and print brochures, social media and PR campaigns.​

· ​​ Responsible for tracking all completed TTOO marketing agreement tactics and providing an overall summary in executive presentations.​

· ​​Responsible for monthly invoice reconciliation with TTOO partners and finance department. Budget control. ​

· Coordinate with regional and on-property Sales Directors, objectives, budgets, marketing plans and tactic actions

· ​​The successful candidate will provide recommendations on partnership marketing initiatives and innovative marketing tactics to enact with strategic and new prospective partners. ​

· ​​​Act as liaison between South Region Hyatt EAME and global Strategic Partnertship for trademarking and branding ​​

· ​​​Successfully launch and bring to market new properties in development to meet sales targets and revenue goals as established​​

· ​​​ Responsible for identifying annual marketing strategies and promotional campaigns designed to establish brand positioning and meet established revenue goals​​

· ​​ Responsible for the logistical execution and support of all annual marketing agreements and strategic partnerships with leading consumer brands​

· ​​​Attend destination specific trade fairs and conferences, both domestic and international travel.​​

Qualifications:

What do we expect from you?

· ​​5 years marketing experience.

· Experience successfully launching marketing campaigns across multiple international markets.

· Experienced track record of launching new properties and openings.

· Experience and understanding of key Tour Operatiors and effective marketing strategies specifically in EAME.

· Current Travel/Hotel/Hospitality industry experience.

· Basic understanding of industry-specific financial metrics and trends.

· Ability to work well in a team.

· Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities, and continuously improve their skills.

· ​Ability to work under pressure and soft skills to be able to collaborate with a large number of stakeholders, both internal and external.
