The Casino Slot Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting slot machines. Ensure that the machines operate smoothly and efficiently. Installing new machines and upgrading existing machines with new software or hardware components. Regular inspections and cleaning are essential. Check for wear and tear, replace faulty parts, and keep the machines in optimal condition. Assist Casino guests when they encounter issues with the machines. Explain how to use the machines and address any concerns. Keeping accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and machine performance is crucial. Track trends and ensure accountability. Adhere to gaming regulations and safety protocols.

The Casino Slot Technician must align the work with the overall strategy and goals set by the Casino Slot Manager. Optimize the machine’s performance, enhance the player’s experience, and contribute to the casino’s success. Effective communication and collaboration with the Slot Manager is essential for achieving these objectives.

• Mechanical Aptitude : Work with mechanical parts, for this reason, basic mechanical skills are beneficial.

• Electrical Knowledge: Know electrical power, including 110 volts, breakers, and related components. Understanding electrical systems is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting slot machines effectively.
