Supervisor, Manufacturing Production

Job Description

Renesas has a Manufacturing Production Supervisor opportunity available for a leader who will direct activities in the Palm Bay Fab 59 production area to meet operation goals, quality, and cost objectives. This opportunity is on a 12-hour compressed work week.

Description: Responsible for directing the workforce and implementing activities in the production areas to meet output, quality, and cost objectives. Will select and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function. Administer procedures and budgets while supervising shift production and maintenance employees. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

Previous semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. A Bachelors' Degree with a minimum 3 years of applicable experience is preferred or equivalent applicable experience.
