Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative! 300+ positions open in your area! Seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team! As a CSR, you will provide top-notch inbound or outbound call support to our diverse range of clients. Each interaction matters and provides to opportunity to help someone in needed.

Key Responsibilities: Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries with professional courtesy, adhering to client-specific instructions. Document Customer Information: Accurately input each customer's inquiry information into a database. Verify and Update Information: Ensure customer information is correct and make updates as necessary. Enhance Customer Experience: Actively listen and recognize opportunities to offer additional information, ensuring the best service experience. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as necessary. Utilize Data: Use statistical contact center data to improve performance. Outbound Calls: Conduct surveys to gather client-specific information. Adhere to Schedules: Maintain adherence to shifts and schedules.

Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Technical Skills: Proficient in operating a computer, using internet search engines, and navigating multiple windows/tabs. Experience: Prior call center or customer service experience is highly desired. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, operate a computer, and utilize specialized telephone systems. Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Work from Home Requirements: Internet: Must have a non-cellular high-speed internet service (e.g., Fiber, DSL, or cable modems) for a home office. Speed Requirements: Must meet minimum internet speed requirements for the specific program. Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet services are NOT allowed for this role. Must be willing to use webcam or video features during training and production.

Conditions of Employment: Successful completion of prehire testing. Successful completion of a background check. Must be able to provide proof of education such as a high school diploma, GED, or college transcripts/diploma. Must be able to provide proof of two valid, in-date forms of ID.
