Entry - Intermediate /2-4 years

Responsibilities

• Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs to measure product dimensions and ensure accuracy.

• Conduct regular audits to identify deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits, and report findings to the production team.

• Ensure products comply with AS9100 standards and other relevant quality management systems.

Skills :

Inspect and Test Products: Review products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company and industry standards.

Read Blueprints and Specifications: Ensure operations meet production standards by interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

Use Measurement Tools: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs to measure product dimensions and ensure accuracy.

Perform Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits to identify deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.

Document Inspection Results: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits, and report findings to the production team.

Ensure Compliance: Ensure products comply with AS9100 standards and other relevant quality management systems.

Support Continuous Improvement: Work with the production team to improve processes and product quality continuously.
