Then we have an interesting position in Grundfos for you as a Digital Media Manager-B2B in our Global Digital Customer Journey team, Industry Division.

What is the job about?

In the role as Digital Media Manager, you will fulfill a global role taking responsibility for developing and implementing a Paid Media B2B framework for the Industry division. You will ensure our Paid Media efforts are aligned with our overall strategic priorities and the ever-changing global media landscape, ensuring the correct media split for Aware-Attract-Engagement & Lead campaigns as well as incorporate ABM campaign execution as part of the media mix.

You will be working closely with colleagues around the globe providing digital media expertise and facilitating best practice across different regions. As part of the role, you will also be leading the Paid Media Planning process and the delivery of monthly performance reports for local regions and overseeing global paid search activities, ensuring alignment across regions & divisions.

In our continuous pursuit to enhance learning and work more efficient, you will also get the chance to explore and leverage the potential of AI for e.g. media optimization, Lead generation and ABM.

Lastly, it will also be your responsibility to act as the primary advocate for the employer advocacy initiative, fostering connections with Group and other divisions as well as managing global Community Management efforts by maintaining a network of global Community Managers.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an Industry Paid Media framework.

  • Steering the development of Paid Media Planning initiatives, which includes forecasting responsibilities.

  • Providing digital media expertise across regions and facilitating best practices.

  • Optimizing Paid Media budget incl. correct Paid Media KPI setting.

  • Providing actionable insights on campaign performance to track growth.

  • Collaboration with Global Media agencies

  • Leading global paid search efforts and ensuring cross-divisional alignment.

  • Coordinating global Community Management efforts and ensuring an efficient Community Manager network.

  • Analyzing and exploring the utilization of AI for media optimization and lead generation.

  • Acting as a divisional advocate for the employer advocacy platform and ensuring alignment with Group and other divisions.

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media, ideally working with paid execution in a B2B Media Agency.

  • Proven history of developing and implementing B2B paid media strategies.

  • Experience in budget management for paid media campaigns.

  • Comprehensive digital/marketing/commercial understanding.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the paid, owned and earned media channels.

  • Knowledge of employer advocacy and community management.

  • Proficiency in digital media platforms and tools. (eg. FB & linkedin Business manager, Rollworks, Influ, etc.)

  • Experience working with external agencies and partners.

  • Project management and informal manager skills.

  • Solid communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

  • Interpersonal and collaborative attitude.

  • Curious, analytical and problem-solving.

  • Proficient in English, including both written and oral communication.
