Five Star Corp. is currently searching for a Project Executive to oversee large-scale high-profile projects in the greater New York area.

Responsibilities

  • Leads internal team of project managers, engineers, and administration as required to achieve successful project completion.

  • Responsible for the successful execution of all projects from inception to completion.

  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, building codes and safety standards.

  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and meeting with the highest quality and service standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance.

  • Communicate directly with the client.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of successful project management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or related field preferred.

  • Ability to organize project information, prepare reports and presentations, and interact/communicate with different departments.

  • Experience managing an integrated team on large complex and multi-phase programs consisting of multiple project elements.

  • Demonstrated experience providing leadership of a team in an integrated project delivery organization.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The expected salary range is $175,200 - $220,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills and experience.
