Systems Integration Inc Call Center Quality Assurance Team Lead in Owings Mills, Maryland

Systems Integration, Inc. is hiring a Call Center Quality Assurance Team Lead to begin work November 4th 2019. Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday Friday (5) days per week with varied shifts. Not including holidays. The location is in Owings Mills, MD. The calls support the Maryland Department of Human Resources.

The Call Center QA Team Lead is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our call center agents. The Team Lead will monitor inbound and outbound calls to assess agents' demeanor, technical accuracy, call performance, product knowledge and conformity to company policies and procedures.
