Viracon LLC Shift: SMT Nigths LG: Tech 10 - 13 DOE Pay: $26.40 - 30.40 DOE This posting is for either Maintenance C, B or A depending on experience. Maintenance C: Tech 10 - $26.40 High school diploma or equivalent GED required. Assist with troubleshooting, repair and rebuilding of equipment. Inventory and control stock of supplies. Perform PM's as required; lubricants, dismantling, cleaning of parts. General fabrication skills; welding (ARC, MIG & TIG), torch, cutting equipment, able to follow simple blueprints, and grinders. Apply general mechanical knowledge/abilities. Maintenance B: Tech 12 - $28.35 High school diploma or equivalent GED required. Under minimal supervision, perform PM's, troubleshoot, repair and rebuild equipment with minimal supervision. Inventory and control stock of supplies. Perform PM's as required; lubricants, dismantling, cleaning of parts. General fabrication skills; welding (ARC, MIG & TIG), torch, cutting equipment, able to follow simple blueprints, and grinders. Apply general mechanical knowledge/abilities. Ability to read blueprints. Apply general mechanical knowledge/abilities in basic electrical blueprints and meters. Apply general plumbing skills. Assist in machine installation/assemble. Maintenance A: Tech 13 - $30.40 High school diploma or equivalent GED required. Vocation Technical training in related field plus 8 years' experience in related field, or 10 years plus of experience in related field. Without direct supervision, perform PM's troubleshoot, repair and rebuild equipment. Inventory and control stock of supplies. Perform PM's as required; lubricants, dismantling, cleaning of parts. General fabrication skills; welding (ARC, MIG & TIG), torch, cutting equipment, able to follow simple blueprints, and grinders. Apply general mechanical knowledge/abilities. Ability to read blueprints. Apply general mechanical knowledge/abilities in basic electrical blueprints and meters. Apply general plumbing skills. Assist in machine installation/assemble. Disassemble and diagnoses mechanical and electrical failures and perform necessary repairs. Design layout and install plumbing projects. Machine installation. Troubleshoot without direct supervision.
