Job Title: Industrial Painter

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to expertly apply liquid and powder type finishing materials to completed products and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Apply liquid and powder type finishing materials to completed products and sub-assemblies.

• Utilize spray guns, paint booths, and other equipment to achieve desired finishes.

• Ensure all painting tasks are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.

Essential Skills

• 2 plus years of experience with liquid paint

• Proficiency in using spray guns and paint booths

• High School Diploma or GED

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with industrial painting, powder coating, and blasting

• Knowledge of auto body painting and coating techniques

Work Environment

The company consists of around 50 total employees. The shop is clean, organized, and climate-controlled. Proper dress includes jeans, t-shirt, steel toe boots, and eye glasses.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OWATONNA, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
