Job Title : Corporate Recruiter and Trainer

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Compensation: Base Salary + Commissions ($75,000-$90,000 OTE in the first year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and manage candidates to fill both internal recruiter positions and client-facing roles.

• Candidate Interviews: Conduct interviews with the candidates you recruit, assessing their qualifications and fit for the roles.

• Candidate Training: Train and develop candidates to ensure they are fully prepared for the roles they are placed in, providing ongoing support as needed.

• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition to their new roles.

• Marketing Material: Develop and distribute marketing materials to attract potential candidates and promote job opportunities.

• Networking: Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates.

• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business and recruitment strategies.

• CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely data on candidates and client interactions.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment and training status.

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance recruitment, training, and performance, identifying new avenues for growth.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting

• Strong desire to learn and excel in a dynamic, people-oriented environment

• Competitive, sports-minded attitude with a drive for success

• Proven ability to recruit and develop talent

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Understanding of sales, marketing, and recruitment principles

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities

• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and accurately
