About the Job

Texas Instruments Finland Oy is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic Analog IC Design Engineering Intern for our design group in Oulu, Finland. In this role you will have the opportunity to work as part of international mixed signal team developing next generation Power Management IC’s for automotive and industrial applications.

Job duties of an Analog IC Design Engineer Intern will include:

  • Design of Power Management IC blocks e.g. operational amplifiers, comparators, LDOs and buck converters

  • Analog design verification, simulation test bench development and AMS modeling

  • IC performance validation in a lab

Qualifications

Desired qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates are in their final years of their ongoing studies (master or bachelor) within Electrical Engineering or equivalent and have a good understanding of analog electronics theory.

  • Courses taken in Analog IC design a must

  • Experience of Cadence or equivalent IC design tools (schematic editor, simulators)

  • Hands on experience of test equipment e.g. power supplies, oscilloscopes and network analyzers

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as needed

  • Good written and verbal proficiency in English

  • Strong analog problem solving skills, Analog IC design experience and knowledge of switching DCDC regulators is a plus
