Job Responsibilities:
Work within the QA/QC Department to support the team by automating processes and properly updating and maintaining information across various databases.
Provide support for specific applications used to monitor production across different disciplines (e.g., Piping, Steel Structure, E&I ).
Prepare macros and queries to automate data flow processes.
Serve as the Database Controller with strong expertise in SQL , Microsoft Access , and VBA .
Job Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office , with a focus on Excel for analyzing large datasets, including the use of graphs, pivot tables , and macro programming .
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly working with databases.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL Server , with experience in programming complex queries preferred.
Strong knowledge of VBA and PHP .
Preferably with experience in the Oil and Gas Construction industry.
Able to work effectively in a team, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
60 working hours per week .
Work location: Jurong Island .
