Job Summary: Represent the quality function in technical support, working with internal teams on manufacturing issues for global customer accounts. Act as a liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers/customers on quality-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain QA plans for new product introductions.

• Support quoting activities through process design and implementation.

• Provide input on inspection processes and guidelines.

• Develop and implement specialized training sessions.

• Manage document storage and review systems for customer accounts.

• Review and track corrective actions for discrepancies.

• Participate in vendor surveys and support supplier process improvements.

• Interface with departments on policies and procedures.

• Assist in process improvement and standardization efforts.

• Provide technical support on quality issues to customers.

• Adhere to safety and health regulations.

• Follow company security procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree ( (Production Management, Quality Management or related)

• five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Fluency in both Croatian and English

• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data,

• practical knowledge of quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Control Plan, 8D report),

• knowledge of production processes,

• proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience in working for an Electronic Manufacturing Services company is highly desirable.
