Job Summary: Lead a team of engineers and technicians to maintain and improve the facility, production plant services, and surrounding areas. Manage facility capacities and propose projects to support production growth. Oversee design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the facilities group of engineers and technicians of the plant.

• Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, and construction codes.

• Train technicians in safety, including hazardous materials.

• Oversee safety of electrical and electromechanical systems.

• Design and coordinate construction projects.

• Ensure all work meets specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

• Support the Facilities Manager and represent them in meetings.

Management Responsibilities:

• Reports to Facilities Manager.

• Direct reports typically includes : Facilities Engineers, Technicians, and Interns.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of related experience, Master’s + 3 years of related experience.

• Knowledge in building or equipment maintenance.

• Experience in electromechanical and civil construction projects.

• Proficiency in Croatian.

• Advanced English.

• Preferred: Experience in the medical industry and personnel administration.
