We're looking for a Junior Quality Systems Engineer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).

  • Support regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

  • Help analyze field and manufacturing line component failures and implement corrective actions; support the creation of Pareto and trend charts to drive improvements.

  • Assist in coordinating and generating failure analysis and corrective action reports for component issues.

  • Collaborate with quality, production, manufacturing, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve quality aspects of specialized parts, materials, and assemblies.

  • Provide technical assistance in reliability testing and checking of assigned parts.

  • Communicate changes and expectations in quality metrics to the supply base and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist in preparing and presenting customer presentations related to quality improvement initiatives.

  • Support strategies to reduce costs by streamlining processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Proficiency in Croatian is preferred.

  • Experience in quality systems engineering or a related role within the electronics manufacturing industry is highly appreciated but not necessary.

  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.).

  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA) is a plus.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using personal computers and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
