Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, understanding weld symbols, and executing independent welding tasks. Additional responsibilities include operating crane equipment for handling pre-fabricated and finished parts, physically lifting parts onto the welding table, and setting them up for welding. The primary responsibility will be to weld parts.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Our facility is large, handling the production of a variety of metal products for industries including defense, industrial, and commercial sectors. The environment can be loud due to radios and equipment operation, and while it may not be the cleanest, we maintain a safe workspace. Welding areas are spacious and have dividers between work tables. Steel toes, protective eyewear, protective hearing, welding masks and sleeves are required, and company uniforms will be supplied.
