JOB REQUIREMENTS: Official Title: Learning Center Coordinator Business Title: Tutor Coordinator Employment Class: University Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: \$21.00/hr - 23.00/hr FLSA Status: Non-exempt Terms of Employment: Continuous Position Summary: This full time, 12-month position is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising student tutors at UW Oshkosh. The Tutor Coordinator works closely with instructors as well as student tutors and will assist the staff to provide both online and in-person content tutoring services. This position will travel to additional worksite locations based on the tutoring needs of students. The position requires excellent communication, the ability to work with a broad range of people, the ability to adapt to change, and a commitment to support the university\'s mission to promote student learning. This position reports to the Director of the Center for Academic Resources on the Oshkosh campus. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and may include infrequent evening hours for training and observations.
