JOB REQUIREMENTS: PSG/CIP is now hiring the Supervisor of Winnebago Parent Support and Recovery Specialist Programs! We are a community-based social services organization that is committed to helping individuals reach their full potential. As the Supervisor, you will direct and monitor all aspects of service provided by the Parent Support Program and the Recovery Specialist Program. The Supervisor is responsible for managing staff and ensuring that services are administered in accordance with program contracts. The Parent Support Program provides intensive parenting education and support to parents in building safe and effective parenting strategies with a focus on enhancing the parent-child relationship. The Recovery Specialist Program connects clients to AODA treatment and provides recovery support and advocacy for clients with substance use disorders and addiction. Staff in both programs work closely with clients and families to build strengths-based relationships and a team of informal supports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERVISOR: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff. Monitor and be accountable for program budgets. Set and monitor employee client caseloads. Prepare required reports and all other program documentation accurately and on time. Act as a resource for workers in emergency and crisis situations. Ensure quality assurance through file reviews. Safely transport clients as needed. Serve on committees and provide training as assigned. LOCATION: Oshkosh, WI. Some flexibility for hybrid/remote scheduling. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with some evenings to accommodate client and staff schedules SALARY: \$56-58,000 annually WHY WORK WITH PSG/CIP?
