JOB REQUIREMENTS: Official Title: Student Affairs Program Coordinator Business Title: Student Organization Coordinator Employment Class: University Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: \$16.20-\$21.83/hr FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Terms of Employment: Continuous Position Summary: The Student Organization Coordinator contributes to the overall enhancement of student organizations through processing purchasing and travel, student organization training, and onboarding student employees. Services designed to enhance student success and belonging at UWO. This position plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive environment for University of Wisconsin Oshkosh students, faculty, and staff as well as the greater community. Responsibilities Programming (30%): * Oshkosh Student Government Paperwork support * Student Org Training/Support * Student Allocations Support * Work with Food Pantry * Fox Cities Programming Operations (50%): * Student Org Purchasing and Travel * Student Employee Onboarding Supervision (10%): * Student Organization Purchasing Student Employee Other Duties as Assigned (10%): * Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing flexibility to the overall success of Student Engagement & Campus Life in Reeve Memorial Union. Qualifications Required: Bachelor\'s degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Preferred: Experience in student leadership Budgeting and purchasing experience at a professional level.
