Production Technicians Needed - 3rd Shift

Our client, in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. You will performing general manufacturing duties and cross training to learn all areas and become a vital member of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have great work ethics, able to perform physical labor, learn and grow within the production floor.

Job Title: Production Technician - General Laborer

Location: Oshkosh, WI

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Pull fresh cones weighing 5 to 10 lbs. off molds, inspect and stack them in 5’s

• Place finished cone product on designated pallets with the appropriate count

• Trim cones according to specifications

• Set nozzles on machines and monitor

• Place SKU stickers on cones according to specifications

• Build boxes and package cones

• Follow direction of leads and division supervisor and perform work as assigned

• Notify lead of any mechanical or material issues

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• General cleanup & large spill cleanup

• Complete other tasks as assigned

What’s Needed?

• Must be able to work in a warehouse type environment with frequent dust, heat, and loud noises

• Have the ability to squat, bend, twist repeatedly

• Able to lift up to 60 pounds

• Excellent attendance is necessary

• Excellent listening skills

• Self-motivated

• Able to work as part of a team

• Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
