ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Human Resource team in research, development and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures regarding employment issues.

• Assist in organization of HR department.

• Assist in the Recruitment processes of the HR Department.

• Assist in the employment, termination, and unemployment compensation processes.

• Help out HR department with everyday and situational tasks.

• Assist in setting and reaching department goals and objectives.

• Adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience working in Human Resources preferred. 

• Knowledge of general business practices and computer skills including various HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work cooperatively with and under the direction and supervision of a variety of persons.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
