Description

The Food Truck Manager is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of the Clarity Care food truck and kitchen. The Manager will provide professional leadership and guidance in a manner that encourages teamwork, professional development, sound program and fiscal development, and community recognition and support for the food truck activities.\

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads and manages all Employees working in the food truck.

• Ensure all Employees follow proper kitchen conduct, sanitation procedures, and food handling.

• Clean food truck inside and out, including kitchen and work areas.

• Implement and manage inventory system for food truck supplies and food.

• Ensure proper storage, dating, and labeling of food/drink supplies.

• Prepare, serve, and expedite food.

• Ensure safety standards maintained while food is being cooked and served.

• Management of marketing, finance, and planning events to attend as it pertains to the food truck.

• Drive the food truck to all event locations.

• Adhere to all city/town regulations with regard to health and safety of food truck operations.

• Ensure positive customer experience.

• Process payment transactions.
