JOB REQUIREMENTS: Official Title: Family Resource Specialist Business Title: Head Start Recruitment & Enrollment Program Assistant Employment Class: Non Instructional Academic Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: \$47,000 - \$55,000 FLSA Status: Exempt Terms of Employment: Fixed Term Terminal Position Summary: Primary responsibility is to implement the ERSEA, (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance) protocols, ensuring the agency complies with all regulations per applicable Performance Standards and maintains full enrollment. Additionally, the role requires program data input, creation of reports and supporting the full use of the Child Plus data system, by all content areas. Responsibilities A. Coordination of eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment and attendance policy development, protocols, and monitoring. A1. Determine eligibility with full understanding of requirements including income guidelines, public assistance, foster care, and homelessness. Develop family applications to ensure collection of necessary information. Verify eligibility by reviewing documentation. Monitor Family Resource Specialists\' progress on child applications and provide the necessary follow up on applications. Keep Associate Director of PFCE informed of progress and concerns. Provide training on ERSEA and eligibility to program leaders, Policy Council and Board of Advisors and retain records of completion. A2.
