JOB REQUIREMENTS: Continuous Improvement Intern - 350 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Purpose of the Role The primary purpose is to optimize processes and systems within the organization. Essential Job Duties * Investigate, experiment, and implement processes to maximize productivity. * Proactive problem solving based on statistical analysis. * Develop and implement new procedures and processes to increase the overall uptime and availability of systems and equipment. * Provides technical support using problem solving techniques. * Creates and modifies procedures as needed to maximize equipment and maintenance operations. * Provides active support and participation in safety-related projects as an active member of the Hoffmaster safety culture. * Follows and maintains all Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP Guidelines. * Performs other duties as assigned. Hours will be Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm and pay starts at \$20 / hour.
