Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Fulfillment Analyst . You will have the opportunity to become part of a thriving and motivated department, where you can challenge yourself by managing a versatile and comprehensive position with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Ensure we stay within our stock budgets and have excellent control of open orders, free stock, and slow-moving/aging stock.

• Monitor product availability.

• Work with factories at different organizational levels to ensure optimal availability. Balance improvements in delivery service with clear order data and inventory optimization.

• Identify process bottlenecks and develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency. Provide analyses for all relevant stakeholders.

• Manage the phase-in and phase-out of products in the function.

• Be responsible for safety stock to ensure seamless material flow and lead-time reduction.

• Analyze, develop, and implement “Best Practice” processes within the team.

• Optimize the supply chain with all relevant stakeholders.

• Lead and participate in projects to continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Accountable for the process development and optimization to secure best practice across function areas and plants.
