Job Description

SAW デバイスの技術試作

• 技術試作ロットのマネジメント(スケジューリング、進捗管理、部門間調整)

• 試作サイクルタイム低減化プロジェクトの参画および主導推進 (プロセスフロー改善と工程異常低減化)

• 新規プロセスの試作面での立ち上げの推進(開発部門と協力)

• 試作フロー、手順、ルールの改善(システム化、効率化)

Requirements

生産日程管理(スケジューリング、優先度調整、リカバリー対応)、折衝/交渉力、プロジェクトリーダー、半導体やSAW/BAWプロセス知識があればなお良い

分野：電子部品(半導体含む)

経験年数：3年以上が望ましい

学歴：大学卒以上
