Job Description

• Lead end to end recruitment activities for roles such as Engineers, Technicians, bulk hiring of Operators & more etc.

• Source prospective candidates utilizing various methods including social recruiting channels, networking, direct sourcing, etc.

• Handle interview arrangements and interview evaluation follow-up

• Manage hiring expectations, offers through to offer letter acceptance.

• Recruitment dashboard and status monitoring and tracking

• Assist with recruitment events and programs.

• Assist with recruitment process workflow improvements.

• Work closely with HR teams on recruitment processes and hand over of new hires after system onboarding.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

• Min 3 years’ in-house recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.

• Experience recruiting for Semiconductor or Electronics industry.

• Good to have experience in managing engineer hires.

• Good to have some HR experience as generalist or advisory-related roles.

• Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders (e.g. Engineers, Managers, Department Heads etc.)

• Able to multi-task and willing to manage recruitment documentation.

• Strong communication, coordination and follow up skill.

• Highly driven individual who can work independently.

• Business level English communication skill and fluent in Japanese
