Job Description

SAW/BAWドライエッチング工程のプロセス条件、設備改善によるプロセス安定化、品質確保

プロセス／設備両面からのアプローチによる設備間差の縮小化と安定化

FDC、設備ログなど設備データを用いたプロセス／設備状態の監視手法の確立

APC手法／システムの考案、開発、導入によるプロセス安定化、工程能力改善

最適プロセスフローの確立（計測手法の確立も含む）

エッチングプロセス・装置にかかるコストダウン取組の推進

Requirements

業界経験：BAW/SAWフィルターや半導体デバイスにおいてプロセス技術/設備技術、特にドライエッチング若しくはトリミング工程の業務経験を有すること

仕事経験・経験年数：10～15年程度の実務経験, 及び2年以上程度のプロジェクトあるいは組織マネジメント経験

取り組み意識：何事にも恐れることなくチャレンジする精神があり、物事に積極的且つ前向きに取り組むことができること、組織全体の最適化を考えた業務取り組みができること
