About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Licensed P&C Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team in the Osage Beach area. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our Agency Leader while driving sales and acquiring new accounts. The position is in office, with a combination of field work in the Osage Beach and surrounding areas  to engage with clients and prospects directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Agency Leader in various tasks and initiatives.

• Actively seek out and acquire new accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.

• Stay updated on industry trends and products.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid P&C insurance license.

• Proven experience in insurance sales.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ambitious, energetic, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
