Insight Global Tour Director in Orlando, Florida

Job Description

Insight Global is in search of an experienced Tour Director to join the our entertainment client's team on an initial 6

month contract with an option to extend into 2025. Working primarily on the road, a specific

schedule, along with paid time off, will be negotiated in advance of the start date. This

position offers a significant amount of flexibility and can be individually tailored to the right candidate. Successful applicants will join a team of touring event professionals and support staff who are responsible for the successful delivery and execution of high-capacity, family-friendly

touring event experiences that welcome up to 11,000 guests in a typical weekend. Managing

a team of over 50 staff across various departments in an often-challenging outdoor environment, this role requires candidates with demonstrable experience, at management

level, in mass participation events of this scale and complexity. This role would be particularly suitable to anyone with experience in the management and execution of participatory sporting events and/or music festivals.

The salary expectation for this position is between $150k-$160k depending upon experience.

Skills and Requirements

-Willing to travel 90% of the year across the U.S

-Experience managing a crew of contraction/laborers

-Experience delegating tasks and be hands-on in all aspects of the tour

-Experience managing budgets, cost control initiatives, inventory, and supply needs

-Experience working for a traveling event/festival -Experience working for experiential events/festivals null
