Senior Vice President, Sports Illustrated Resorts Business Line
Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer of Travel + Leisure Co., the Senior Vice President of Sports Illustrated (SI) Resorts is a key executive leader within Travel + Leisure, responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and profitability of the SI Resorts brand. This role holds P&L responsibility and oversees all aspects of SI Resorts, including marketing, sales, operations, resorts, condos, hotels, and vacation ownership. The SVP will lead business strategy execution, ensuring predictable and sustainable growth in membership, revenue, and margin.
This high-impact position requires exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration skills to navigate a complex matrixed enterprise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of developing and leading successful sales and operations teams, driving expansion, and positioning SI Resorts for long-term success in the competitive hospitality and vacation ownership industry.

How You’ll Shine
Define and execute a compelling vision and strategic roadmap to drive sustainable annual growth and competitive market positioning.
Own the profitability of the business, ensuring financial performance aligns with organizational goals.
Establish and maintain high-level partnerships with Kituwah, Authentic Brand Group, and key development stakeholders.
Identify and negotiate future SI Resort locations and hotel asset acquisitions to expand the SI Resorts footprint.
Evaluate existing and new product performance, refining long-term strategies and operational policies to optimize results.
Oversee key business metrics and ensure financial objectives are met by implementing strategic initiatives and hiring top-tier leadership talent.
Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing marketing, sales, and operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive brand growth.
Strengthen SI Resorts’ brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging and customer engagement across all marketing channels.
Lead the execution of marketing and sales campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and advertising initiatives.
Ensure new sales meet established pricing and margin targets while aligning with market-specific strategic objectives.
Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across all business functions.
Perform other executive responsibilities as required to support the company’s mission and goals.

What You’ll Bring
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven executive leadership experience with a strong track record in hospitality, vacation ownership, or resort development.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial reports and key performance indicators.
Strategic visionary with demonstrated ability to define and execute business expansion strategies.
Ability to drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
Expertise in identifying, negotiating, and closing large-scale business development deals.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with the ability to attract and retain top talent.
High adaptability to evolving market conditions and the ability to pivot business strategies accordingly.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all levels of stakeholders.
