About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will assemble and lead teams to complete Toll Systems Integration projects. You will be responsible for ensuring our teams collaborate successfully to solve problems and keep on schedule. You will be key in communicating with senior management, stakeholders, and customer(s) to provide updates and guidance.
As a Senior Manager, Project Management Transportation/Tolling Industry, you will be responsible for:
Manage the full lifecycle of a toll systems integration and operations project in central Florida, which will require frequent in-person on-site meetings with the customer throughout the life of the project.
Managing the scope of work and execution of work by subcontractors
Taking ownership of planning, implementing, and successful delivery of Tolling projects, refresh and retrofits
Approving concept designs, allocating resources, and delivering project schedules to ensure flawless execution
Managing resources and internal and external cross-functional teams to communicate and set priorities to meet goals and objectives
Preparing, developing, and managing budgets (P&L) by ensuring accurate maintenance of master budget and schedules
Documenting throughout project-life-cycle and preparing regular status reports for Senior Management to check project milestones
Building and developing relationships with key stakeholders, ITS, Contractors, Telecom, Facility, and Property Managers to provide leadership and guidance
Collaborating with technical teams and resources to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems
Tasks as needed to be assigned by Conduent management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have solid experience in leading and successfully delivering large toll or construction projects.
Must be PMP-certified
PE license preferred
Must have five (5) years of experience in the toll collection industry
Must have managed at least one (1) ORT or AET roadside toll collection project involving design, system development, installation and systems maintenance
Must have experience managing at least one project involving Express Lanes and/or All-Electronic Tolling systems
Demonstrate experience in managing, internal and external cross-functional teams and resources for large-scale projects
Be able to create, adapt and execute business plans that contribute to the success of our strategy
Have great problem-solving skills and the ability to create and implement innovative solutions in a fast-moving environment
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with our teams, customers and stakeholders
Have great IT skills and be familiar and comfortable with a range of software and applications

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $87,780 - $114,000.
