The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for guiding the establishment, building and maintenance of strategic relationships between our physicians and their office staff and hospital administration. Gives strategic direction to the promotion and marketing of programs and services to physicians and their office staff in the Central market. Creates an innovative environment for growth and an atmosphere with open communication. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

·Develops and implements strategic physician marketing plans while understanding profitability. Sets appropriate tracking mechanisms and demonstrates positive ROI.

·This position requires a minimum of 75% to 80% of time in the field/travel in their assigned markets.

·Maintains constant communication to Marketing and Campus/Service Line leadership.

·Oversees and assists in planning development, implementation and reporting documentation. Works to develop and grow targeted programs and services and any shifts in current volumes.

·Ability to lead out on system campaigns and work with CHN leadership on higher level strategies and initiatives.

·Acts in the capacity of a mentor/train new hires and be a resource to CHN team representatives.

·Possess the ability to use Crimson, First Look, SG2, Optum, QlikView to review data and develop strong strategies around that data and intel.

·Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respective to all.

·Forecasts and monitors volumes and referral patterns to meet organizational goals and drive oversight in planning and development to ensure goals are achieved.

·Elevate market intelligence, as well as outcomes and operational improvement opportunities to leadership.

·Working closely with consumer marketing and business development teams to coordinate strategic initiatives and implementation, ensuring alignment and support between consumer and physician.

·Assists in recruitment as needed

·Assists in maintaining non-monetary compliance law regarding physicians (Stark)

·Manages yearly budget for areas of responsibility

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word

·Strong critical thinking and strategy development skills

·Excellent organizational skills

·Strong knowledge of sales/marketing, physician relationships, planning and development, research analysis and event planning

·Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives

·Strong knowledge of marketing and sales

·Ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy

·Ability to multi-task and take direction in a matrixed work environment

·Effective interpersonal and influence skills

·Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

·Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health science or related field

· Three years of sales or healthcare experience

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

·State driver’s license and driving record in accordance with Facility policy. Valid auto insurance
