THE WORK
The F-35 Training & Logistics Enterprise Planner is an individual contributor lead role within the Integrated Program Planning organization with responsibility for integration of all schedules for the F-35 Training & Logistics Program within the Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) Line of Business within the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area. This role will report to the F-35 Development Integrated Program Planning Manager and will be based in Orlando, FL.
The selected candidate will lead the F-35 Enterprise IMS effort and will be responsible for managing and updating the Enterprise IMS for the entire TLS F-35 portfolio of programs. This effort includes extensive expertise in Open Plan and managing complex cross-linking of individual contract files. This includes partnering with Program Management, EPMs, CAMs, and Planners to fully integrate and align key program dependencies, identify schedule risks, and provide detailed analytics to stakeholders. The selected candidate will perform detailed schedule assessments which will identify gaps and potential risk areas to the program. This role also includes responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and technical skills development across the program planners. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to Program Management and Planning Management.

Basic Qualifications:
•Experience developing strong relationships with Program Management, Customers, Functional Leads, and Subcontractor partners.
•Earned Value Management skills and advanced integrated cost/schedule management experience.
•Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment.
•Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers.
•Extensive experience using scheduling software such as Open Plan or MS Project.
•Critical Path Methodology and Schedule Risk Assessment and analysis experience.
•This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration
Desired Skills:

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Open Plan Knowledge including cross-linking of multiple program files together and view creation
•Agile program experience.
•Knowledge of integration with a Prime Contractor’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

•Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines and business areas.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
