[**[Job Description: [We're looking for a waterproofing sales/project manager to join our team in Orlando, FL, bringing your experience and skills to our thriving markets. As a sales project manager, you're responsible for planning, executing and closing sales projects within our faade division. This typically involves working closely with clients and other stakeholders to identify project goals, create a project plan, and manage the project through to completion.

[**[Key Responsibilities: [[Identify and pursue new business [opportunities in the commercial waterproofing market Build and maintain a contact network in the construction industry to generate leads and referrals Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals, customizing solutions to meet client needs Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, adhering to deadlines and cost constraints Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain accurate project documentation and reports Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, providing prompt and ongoing support Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and recommendations on waterproofing solutions

[**[Qualifications: [Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred) [[5+ years' experience in Sales, Project Management or Operations (commercial construction or waterproofing preferred) [[Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions [Current and valid driver's license [[Frequent travel to projects and commercial buildings as needed [Written, verbal and interpersonal skills [Proficient with project management tools, software and Microsoft suite [[Detail-oriented with organizational and time management abilities [[Process-oriented, [decision-making and problems-solving skills

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 -- Base Salary Plus Bonus/Commission is the expectation for this position with additional income based on sales growth and benefits. There's no cap on bonus/commission pay!
