As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated QA Tester to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role will primarily focus on manual testing but offers significant opportunities to grow into test automation. You will collaborate closely with our development and product teams as well as with customers to identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring that our platform meets the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing: Perform comprehensive manual testing on new and existing features, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.

• Test Case Development: Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans based on product requirements and specifications.

• Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using our bug tracking system, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaboration: Work alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of high-quality software.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance.

• Customer Advocate: Maintain professional and courteous communications with customers.

• Growth in Automation: Participate in training and development opportunities to learn test automation tools and techniques, gradually incorporating automation into your testing processes.

Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as professionalism.

• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Onsite: This role's responsibilities include working with local customers directly, so being onsite in Orlando is a requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automation Knowledge: Basic understanding of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Cypress).

• Scripting Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.

• Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment.

• Education: Some college in a related field at minimum.
