Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

As a Maintenance Engineer, your day will begin with a shift meeting to discuss the plan for the day. You will be provided a list of Preventive Maintenance tasks (PMs) to complete and will be required to respond promptly to calls from the production team. On a typical day, you'll complete around 3-4 PMs. YOU MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILIBILITY FOR THE WEEKENDS!

Hard Skills

• Strong mechanical skills

• Intermediate understanding of electrical maintenance

• Experience with using a multimeter

• Experience in wiring a 480v motor

• Conveyor maintenance experience

• Understanding of how PLCs and VFDs work

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

• Positive attitude

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Orlando, Florida.

Work Environment

Our work environment is people-focused with a strong emphasis on teamwork and positivity. Maintenance works closely with production and sanitation teams. The role is partly in a climate-controlled environment but be aware that temperatures can rise due to the bakery setting. Average temperatures are around 85 degrees, but can reach as high as 110 degrees.
