Lockheed Martin Integrated Program Planning Manager in Orlando, Florida

Description: The F-35 Training & Logistics Integrated Program Planning Manager is a functional leadership role within the Integrated Program Planning organization with responsibility for Development & Transformation schedules for F-35 Training & Logistics Programs within the Training & Logistics Solutions (TLS) Line of Business within the Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area. This role will report to the TLS Integrated Program Planning Sr. Manager and will be based in Orlando, FL. This position will be a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of >50% on site.

The selected candidate will lead the integrated program planning team providing qualitative and quantitative data analysis for program performance management leadership to meet critical schedules, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to mitigate program risks. This role serves as partner to the Program Management and F&BO leadership, external customers, subcontractor partners, and the RMS Earned Value Policy & Compliance organization by communicating program status, addressing execution & compliance risks, supporting proposal efforts, and creating value by impacting successful program execution. This position will also focus on 1LMX and transformation initiatives across both TLS and RMS. This role will be responsible for program staffing and developing organizational talent through training, coaching, facilitating new assignments, and building a pipeline for growth across the TLS Planning team.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience developing strong relationships with Program Management, Customers, Functional Leads, and Subcontractor partners.

- Earned Value Management skills, advanced integrated cost/schedule management experience.

- Experience with the capture/proposal management process – development and management of capture / proposal schedules.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment.

- Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers.

- Experience in business leadership roles and proven track record of success and high-performance including development of talent within teams.

- Extensive experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Open Plan, or Primavera.

- Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.

Desired Skills:

- Change leadership and strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong influencing and relationship management skills.

- Open Plan Knowledge including cross-linking of multiple program files together.

- Agile program experience.

- Knowledge of integration with a Prime Contractor’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

- Critical Path Methodology; Schedule Risk Assessment and Analysis; Risk & Opportunity Management.

- DCMA surveillance and DDM reporting.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines and business areas.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
