Project Coordinator – $24 per hour

Our client in Orlando, Florida is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. Work for a national company that provides residential and commercial fenestration supplies. Excellent pay and benefits!

What will you be doing?

• In a call center environment, you will be responsible for accepting inbound calls, coordinating order entry, purchasing, scheduling product delivery and installation technicians, and follow-up.

• Work closely with Customers (Contractors / Homeowners), Sales & Order Fulfillment Teams, and Installation Technicians.

• Coordinate and manage installation permits; approve and process payments for subcontracted installation companies.

• Provide bids, and quotes, purchase products from vendors and corporate manufacturing facilities.

• Utilize proprietary database (similar to SalesForce) to track activities.

What do you bring?

• Superb customer service! Comfortable working onsite in a call center environment.

• 4-6 years coordinating projects in construction (i.e. home renovations, roofing, plumbing)

• Enjoy collaborating with all internal business units; comfortable seeking out internal experts for knowledge.

• Sense of urgency with focus on details and follow-through.

• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn internal software programs and applications.
