As a EQS Sales and Key Account Manager , you will be responsible to i mplement EQS ( Envir onmental, Quality and Safety) related requirements in customer contracts in compliance with customer expectation and internal standards . This includes the c apturing and tracking of any high - risk deviations to mitigate or resolve risk impact in cross functio nal teams. Als o, the d efinition and imple mentation of EQS standard schedules falls into your area of responsibility. On top of this you will be responsible to actively manage SGRE global accounts as partner to the sales team to u nderstand and address any kind of customer needs and requirements related to EQS aspects .

How to contribute to our vision:

  • Participate in regular customer meetings as EQS expert to get understanding of key customer´s EQS needs and requirements, escalate potential EQS platform issues and drive resolution process

  • Ensure EQS requirements in Framework Agreements are in line with SGRE internal standards (drive cross-functional alignment if applicable)

  • Customer audit: Preparation and follow up on customer audits as per contract

  • Ensure continuous feedback-loop to regional EQS and global Sales team regarding customer requirements

  • Drive harmonized implementation of EQS initiatives across regions based on customer feedback

  • Provide input to customer EQS pre-qualification (questionnaire)

  • Prepare and maintain project quality and HSE plan during sales phase

  • Prepare “Quality Management in Project” and “HSE Management in Project” schedules in alignment with customer requirements

  • Ensure approval of customer quality requirements in respective system

  • Contribute to Risk & Opportunity workshops

What You Need to Make a Difference:

  • University Degree or applicable professional work experience

  • P eople managem ent skills to coordinate small teams

  • Solid experience in Sales / Customer M anage ment

  • Extensive experience in Mic r osoft O ffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio Power B I , etc. )

  • Quality management experience (A3, Five Why, 8D, etc. )

  • Project management experience

  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently

  • Good communication skills and ability to present technical matters in a comprehensible way also to non - technical colleagues

  • Fluent in English oral and written
