What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), with a strong preference for experience atJersey Mike’sor similar brands.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team.

• Strong focus on operational excellence, maintaining high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

• Ability to manage daily operations, including inventory control, staffing, and scheduling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with both team members and customers.
