Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst with a background working with large technology projects to gather and analyze business and technical requirements in support of the organization's Payments Technology team. Responsibilities will include supporting business problem elicitation, feasibility, and business case definition, work with business to determine and solve issues, and develop business cases to support feasibility assessments. The ideal candidate will need to be able to be highly organized, meet deadlines, capture and document requirements, work with the QA team to provide input, and provide project management support. The Hiring Manager requires that this candidate work onsite 4 days a week in Orlando, FL.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager

   - Apply BA techniques to gather information, requirements documentation, process mapping, etc.

   - Understanding of all stages in a project lifecycle, agile, waterfall, etc.

   - Has managed technical projects and is highly analytical

   - Ability to read and refernce tech specks and tech documents

   - Knowledge of QA test cycles, must be able to troubleshoot

Bachelor's Degree - Knowledge of SAP job scheduling, HR infotypes, financial back end tables, t-codes, etc.

 - Familiarity with Financial Systems or Human Resources Information Solutions (HRIS)

UI and query tools experience null
