Our Kelly Education Pediatric Therapeutic Services Recruiter is accountable for:

• Working closely with our Clinical Directors and other staff to recruit, screen, and onboard our independent contractor team

• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations

• Acting as a PTS brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers

• Attending scheduled job fairs, recruiting, and community events

Essential Skills:

• Familiarity with social media sourcing and recruiting

• Application Tracking experience

• Excellent verbal and written communicator

• Customer service focus

• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Seeking minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience. Living in the Orlando, FL area required with the ability to work a hybrid schedule of being onsite at the Orlando branch or local client sites as needed.
