CTF Illinois is seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable specialist in the Orland Park, IL area.If you have a knack for numbers, have data entry skills, and previous experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable we would love to talk to you!As an AP/AR Specialist you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including the payments for goods and services necessary for the organization and preparing and processing organizational billings and credits.

Other responsibilities may include:

• Processing check requests, invoices, and payments for tracking and accountabilities.
• Reconciling purchase orders, internal allocations, and invoices to receiving documents.
• Managing payments and assisting with SNAP benefits for the individuals we serve.
• Reconcile all accounts receivable and residential financials, reviewing and analyzing for accuracy.
