Job Summary : U nder th e d ir ec tion of the S h op Su per viso r , the Sweeper Operator i s r espo n s ib le fo r cleaning the pavemen t pr i o r , d u ring and after pav in g to e n s ur e pr oper qua lit y an d h o u se keeping.

• Visuali ze, fu lfill , a nd im ple m ent the C l y de Compan i es In c. (CC I ) vis ion and co r e values within the Organi za ti o n .

• Respons i b l e fo r operat i o n and repair practices on swee p e r s.

• Clea n paveme nt pri o r t o, during , and after pav in g to keep up wit h prope r qualit y and hou sekeep in g .

• Perform we ldin g , cu ttin g, and fab ri cat i on as needed.

• Ma i n t ain and s ubmit swee pin g l ogs t o n ecessa r y di v i s ion s / agenci es.

• Ma i ntai n too l s as r equ ir ed t o do th e job.

• M a intain co mmerci a l driver 's li cense (CDL) and Depart m ent of Tra n s portation ( DOT ) Me dica l Ca rd .

• Operate fork li ft.

• Ensu r e a safe and h ea lthful work e n v ironm e n t at a ll tim es.

  E ducation and / or Experience:

• Hi g h sc h oo l diploma o r ge neral ed u cat i o n degree (GED) .
