  Description: MiddleSchool is seeking a dedicated Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher forthe 2024-25 school year. The ideal candidate will:

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with staff, students, and families.

• Possess knowledge of all disability categories.

• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and facilitate re-evaluations.

• Design and deliver responsive instruction.

• Provide academic and behavioral supports to students in various school settings.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, counselors, and related service providers.

• Use data to inform instruction and address opportunity gaps.

• Work with and manage paraprofessional support staff.

• Demonstrate commitment to educational equity.
